Leonari’s first project and what a project! The building located on Baker Street comprised of eight floor levels from the Lower Ground Floor to Level 6 with a total net internal area of 82,000 sq. ft. Our Cat-A works included the installation of new primary plant and associated ductwork and pipework distribution for both the mechanical and public health services.

Our mechanical service systems included a fresh air supply and extract air ventilation system to the offices, a toilet ventilation system, and a gas pipework distribution. The hot water generation was a combination of solar panels to pre-heat the hot water feed and gas fired condensing boilers.

Our Cat-B installation comprised of new heating and cooling VRF heat pump air-conditioning systems to each of the floors.
