Mary Ward

The new Mary Ward Centre located in Stratford, London is being built with a vision to provide an inspirational adult learning environment. The existing dilapidated building was stripped down to its core leaving a clean shell for the design of the spaces. The main contractor has carried out significant structural alterations to the building adding two additional floors to the existing frame.

Through the design and build process we have worked closely with the architects to ensure clean integration of exposed services as part of the architectural design of floors. Our services installation will include new VRF systems; a combination of Air Handling and MVHR units serving the floors; LTHW systems; BMS System and new Domestic and Public Health Systems serving the new toilet core.
