Leonari carried out the full MEP Cat-A installation of this impressive office building tucked away in The Lanes of Brighton’s old town.

The building underwent an extensive refurbishment to add an additional office floor resulting in a total of six floors: 4 office floors, ground floor retail spaces and the basement which includes shower amenities and car park space.

The building was designed to offer flexible workspace across each of the office floors with break out amenities on the ground floor. Both the design and installation were coordinated around the existing retail tenants on the ground floor to keep them operating whilst the building underwent the works.

The project started as a Cat-A installation and developed into Cat-B. The new services installation included the full sweep of MEP services based on a VRF installation and included PV installation. The services were designed to separate tenant infrastructure with the landlords.
