Leonari was responsible for the D&B and Cat-B installation of the mechanical and public health services within the London office of Argent LLP. Our scope of works included installing new comms room services, tea points and modifying the existing mechanical installation to suit the new layout required by the client.

The underfloor VAV ductwork ventilation system was modified & rebalanced to serve new meetings rooms, and an entirely new CO2 control system was installed to suit variable air movement for differing rooms occupancies/fresh air requirements.

Leonari also installed a new core area heat recovery system, replacing the existing toilet extract system to provide new mechanically ventilated supply and extract air to the existing WCs. Limited floor void and a raft of existing services provided the main challenge on this project so close design co-ordination with all other trades was key to our successful delivery.
