Our works at Vantage West involved the Design & Build refurbishment of a 12-story building offering 117,00ft2 of office space. Included in our scope was a ground floor gym with male and female changing facilities and showers. On the ground floor our brief was to have exposed services for the office areas and we worked closely with the architects and main contractor to achieve a very clean, neat and symmetrical cladded exposed design that worked both aesthetically and technically.

 

Our works also included the full refurbishment of the toilet core, modification of the existing LTHW & CHW systems back to a CAT-A scheme and main plant replacement and refurbishments including chillers and air handling units.
